Allegra-D 24 Hour Uses:

Allegra-D 24 Hour combines the antihistamine action of fexofenadine with the decongestant action of pseudoephedrine to provide relief from nasal symptoms associated with seasonal allergies. Antihistamine blocks the effects of histamine in the body that can cause inflammation of nasal passages and allergy symptoms. Pseudoephedrine is a sympathomimetic amine that acts as a decongestant, or drying agent, on the nasal mucous membranes.
