Whitney Ray Di Bona is an attorney and consumer safety advocate with extensive experience representing individuals harmed by dangerous and defective products. She began her legal career at a leading jury consulting firm, where she gained significant insight into juror behavior and collaborated with top trial attorneys nationwide. After graduating from Stetson University College of Law, she served as a criminal prosecutor, fighting for crime victims and trying numerous cases to verdict.

Whitney subsequently entered the field of mass torts, representing clients and families harmed by corporate negligence, including individuals who developed mesothelioma from asbestos-contaminated products. After seeing companies repeatedly prioritize profits over consumer health and safety, she began using social media to raise public awareness.

“I couldn’t stay silent knowing what these corporations are hiding from us,” Whitney said. “I had to warn people.”

Whitney joined the Drugwatch team to further their combined mission of helping injured people pursue justice. Serving as an in-house legal writer and advocate, she offers valuable insight based on her expertise.

Whitney remains dedicated to educating consumers on health, wellness and safety issues through her social media platforms and her podcast, The Wellness Verdict. She has been quoted in the New York Post and MedBound Times regarding safety concerns related to popular beauty treatments. She regularly appears as a guest on leading health and wellness podcasts, such as Culture Apothecary, Real Foodology and Moms Ask Why.
