Dr. Robert Bryg is a professor of medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.

He graduated from Stanford University with a bachelor’s degree before earning a master’s degree in electrical engineering. He received his medical degree from the University of Illinois in 1980.
 
He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of California, Irvine, in 1983. Dr. Bryg finished his fellowship in cardiology from St. Louis University in 1986. Dr. Bryg is board certified in both internal medicine and cardiovascular disease.

He is also certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners. Dr. Bryg is an associate professor at the University of Nevada, School of Medicine and also an associate chairman of Medicine for Clinical Affairs. He is a member of many professional organizations, has made numerous presentations on cardiovascular topics and has an extensive degree of published articles.
