Dr. Venkatachala Mohan graduated from Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi in 1982. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the Medical Center of Central Mass-Memorial in Worcester, Massachusetts. He completed his gastroenterology fellowship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School in Boston. He is board certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties and the Royal College of Physicians in London in internal medicine and gastroenterology. Dr. Mohan is in private practice in Bellevue, Washington and is a clinical assistant professor at the University of Washington in Seattle. He has served as the chief of the gastrointestinal section at the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center in Pennsylvania and served on quality assurance related committees for hospitals and the American College of Gastroenterology. Dr. Mohan has made presentations at national meetings of the American College of Gastroenterology and published several articles in his field of practice.
