As product liability attorneys, it’s our role to help our clients understand the products they used, how they were poorly designed, and how it led to their injuries. Because oftentimes they come to us not understanding how they ended up in a situation with either a rare disease or injury that they never saw coming. Oftentimes, the manufacturers designed their products in such a way that they understood the risks, but decided to sell them to the public anyways. And we help people when they come to us with those types of injuries, from products that should have never been for sale in the market place.
