What’s the Typical Timeline for a Lawsuit?

The lawsuits we file on behalf of our clients can vary in length. Sometimes we can move them along quickly through the court system. Sometimes it takes a little bit longer. There are jurisdictions in the country which allow these cases to proceed and get to trial within a year. There are jurisdictions where it takes much longer than that, two to three years. We are actively pursuing cases all over the country and try to move our cases along as quickly as possible within the framework of those individual jurisdictions.
