To qualify as a claimant in the Suboxone litigation, what my firm looks at basic background. You had to have been using Suboxone film for at least six months. You had to have been using the brand version of that Suboxone film, not the generic version. And you had to have lost at least one tooth, which to be frank, from our experience over the last year or two working with our clients, that is fairly typical. You’re dealing with the demographic that if they’re using this film, they’ve lost several teeth, if not all of their teeth. The statute of limitations for Suboxone lawsuits typically began to run on June seventeenth of twenty twenty two. So various states have various statute limitations. Some have two year statutes, some have three year statutes, some have four year statutes. And it’s not necessarily one size fits all. If you’re from a two year state, there may be circumstances where you can still file a lawsuit in this litigation. And same goes for people from three year states. I would say talk to a lawyer and find out if they believe that your case still qualifies. When it comes to making a decision on whether we believe a case qualifies for the litigation, different firms are going to come up with different, conclusions as it relates to where they should file a lawsuit, if you come from a state where the lawsuit is still going to qualify, if you still have a case within the statute of limitations. It’s a complicated analysis that every law firm might the same or some might differ in their opinions on them. But, anything from where the statute still applies, or if your particular state precludes you from even being able to be involved in, the litigation, it’s a complex analysis.
