We started filing these lawsuits. Probably about four years ago now in state court in, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Since the litigation has grown, in to a, what we call, multidistrict litigation, which means the federal cases have all been centralized, in front of a singular judge. And this particular judge sits in New Jersey. And so everyone who has a case that they’ve filed against Janssen Pharmaceuticals, who is the manufacturer of Myron. Those cases are before, Judge Martin County in New Jersey. Folks that are eligible, to have their case considered to be filed in that MDL are ones who have been seen by an ophthalmologist and had the retina tested, for maculopathy. It’s a condition also known as, elmiron toxicity, and it’s very specific to use of elmiron. So, it’s gotten to the point where the manufacturer recognizes that this is a problem. The, the, the school of, ophthalmologists nationally recognize it they’re looking for it if somebody comes in and says, Hey, I was on ElMyron. They immediately get clued into that, and they will, do the testing required figure out if its elmiron induced maculopathy.
