Mass Torts and Product Liability Attorney
Marlene Goldenberg is an award-winning lawyer and founding partner at Nigh Goldenberg Raso & Vaughn. She has been practicing law since 2013 and specializes in mass torts and product liability law.
Before co-founding NGRV, Goldenberg grew up working in her family’s law firm. There, she held every position in the family firm.
Since then, Goldenberg has held leadership positions in prominent drug and device mass tort multidistrict litigations (MDLs), including Paraquat, Zantac, Valsartan and Bard IVC filters. She is also on the Plaintiffs Steering Committee for the Uber sexual assault litigation MDL.
She has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Minnesota and as a Minnesota Super Lawyer Rising Star. In addition, she has been a speaker at legal conferences and published in legal publications.
